Ever wonder how many toothbrushes make it to the landfill? Or empty Listerine bottles? Or tubes of toothpaste? In addition to these environmental costs, have you ever stopped to add up the dollars and cents spent on oral care products? Ever wondered about the effects that these mainstream commercial products have on our mouths? And the digestive system?
These questions can be answered by simply saying “a lot”; any way that we look at it, the costs are huge. Our footprints when it comes to oral care can be reduced considerably. Additionally, we can improve our approach to health and wellness and, yes and (!) cater for not only different health conditions in the mouth but also different personal preferences when it comes to taste and texture.
